Who writes the guides
Two editors cover this site: one on how a kitchen runs, one on how the website that serves it gets built and managed. Both are editorial personas, not licensed professionals, and both say so on their own page.

Renata Cabrera
Kitchen Operations Editor, San Antonio, TX
Renata writes about the systems side of running a commercial kitchen: intake, station layout, ticket flow and the handful of pages a delivery-only or multi-brand kitchen actually needs online. She spent several years around commissary facilities before moving into web strategy and still thinks in prep windows more than page views. Her pieces favor a clear procedure over a general tip.
- Ghost kitchen and virtual brand websites
- Commissary and shared-use kitchen listings
- Delivery platform and ordering page structure

Dorian Atwell
Web Strategy Editor, Columbus, OH
Dorian covers the build and management side of a KitchenWebStudio site: what a launch actually involves, how revisions are scoped, and what changes when one facility runs four brands instead of one. He writes in short, direct sections because most of his readers are checking a phone between orders, not sitting at a desk. He is not a chef, an inspector or a lawyer, and says so.
- Website build timelines and revision workflows
- Multi-brand and multi-location page architecture
- Catering menu and inquiry page design
How the guides are written
Three rules, applied to every piece on this site.
Every figure is cited
A number in a guide points at a named source at the end of the piece. If a claim cannot be sourced, it does not get a number.
Answer first
The first sentence under a heading answers that heading. An operator checking a phone between orders should not have to read three paragraphs for the answer.
Scope stays honest
KitchenWebStudio builds and manages websites. We are not a food safety consultant, health inspector or licensing authority, and a guide says so whenever a topic brushes against one.
