Stripe takes the first month and starts the plan
The plan is a monthly subscription, paid through Stripe when you order. Only the first month is charged, and your receipt and a confirmation email arrive straight away. The one-time build fee is not charged at checkout, and under this waiver it is not raised at all.
The onboarding form lands in your inbox
Brand names, menus, ordering links, service area and hours. About 15 minutes, and anything missing can follow later without holding up the build.
One onboarding call fills the gaps
We agree the page set and the launch date together on the call, so nothing is guessed from a form.
The build runs and you review it
Live in 7 days on The Line, 10 on The Pass and 15 on Head Chef, counted from the onboarding call.
You approve it and it goes live
From then on it is a managed site: 5 revisions a month, each done in 2 to 5 working days, with hosting, domain and updates inside the monthly fee.

Billing
The plan is a monthly subscription, paid through Stripe from the day you order. The build fee is not charged at checkout, and under this waiver it is not invoiced at launch or at any other point.
Cancellation
Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and no further invoice is raised.
Refunds
All sales are final, except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, corrected within 10 working days. Read the refund policy.
What we are not
KitchenWebStudio builds and manages websites. We are not a food safety consultant, health inspector or licensing authority, and nothing we publish for you is advice of that kind.
Questions about ordering
What exactly is waived?
The one-time build fee, normally $647, which is the charge for designing and building the site. It is waived in full on any plan started before Thursday, December 31, 2026. Monthly plan fees are not discounted by this offer and are exactly the prices shown on the pricing page.
What am I charged on the day I order?
The first month of the plan you choose, from $117, paid by card through Stripe when you order. The plan then renews monthly on the same date. The build fee is not charged at checkout, and under this waiver it is never raised at all.
How long does the waiver run?
Until Thursday, December 31, 2026. Any plan started on or before that date has the build fee waived. There is no other cut-off and no countdown that resets.
Which plan should I start on?
The Line at $117 / month is the whole managed website and suits a single kitchen. The Pass at $247 adds the AI Engine for enquiry intake. Head Chef at $597 adds the full Content Engine. You can move up or down a plan at any invoice date without a rebuild.
How soon is the site live?
7 days on The Line, 10 days on The Pass and 15 days on Head Chef, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the order, because the build cannot start before we have the brands and menus.
How do revisions work once it is live?
5 revisions a month are included, then $20 each. A revision is any change you send in, with no limit on how much goes into one, and it is completed in 2 to 5 working days. Unused revisions do not roll over.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, including monthly fees and extra revisions, except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, which is corrected within 10 working days. The refund policy page sets this out in full.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date and no further invoice is raised. There is no fixed term and no exit fee. Because the build fee was waived rather than deferred, cancelling does not trigger it.
Does this stack with the Black Friday sale?
No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer already includes this waiver and adds 30% off the monthly plan for the first 3 months on top of it. Only one of the two applies to an order.
